Our Guest Services team are recruiting, with opportunities to join our team of cleaning team working within our centre’s Guest Services team. The candidate must be passionate & follow our team ethos of a clean, safe & welcoming centre.
Star City Entertainment Centre in Birmingham is a diverse, busy, vibrant place of work that hosts an array of eateries, attractions and one of the largest cinemas in Europe that can all be enjoyed by the whole family.
Role Responsibility:
- Reports to the Duty Manager
- Work alongside the cleaning team
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, tenants, and contractors
- Ability to contribute to the team
- Excellent communicator
- Positive attitude
- Fulfil daily tasks set
- Attention to detail
- Keeping the building FOH & BOH areas clean
- High standards maintained in our yard area
- Driving tug, forklift & road sweeper
- Operating the baling machine
- Operating the waste compactors
- General & food waste compactors
- Operating bin wash machine
Essential Requirements:
- UK Driving licence essential
- Previous experience in a yard operative role preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence essential
