With grants from 2 different trusts, including Children in Need, we are able to increase our youth work delivery and recruit 5 new members for our youth work team.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and dynamic people who share our values and passion for young people.

Youth Manager

Full Time (40 hours min)

Salary £30,000

You will need to be experienced in Youth Work, project management and people management, expected to work irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) and drive our ambitious vision of youth work forward.

Senior Youth Worker

Full Time (40 hours min)

Salary £23,000

You will need to be experienced in a variety of youth work styles, delivering traditional and project based youth work and supporting other staff and volunteers, expected to work irregular hours and work to drive forward the ambitions of youth work.

Project Coordinator – Mentoring

Full Time (40 hours min)

Salary:   £20,000

You will need to be experienced in Youth Work, particularly mentoring children and young people with complex issues, and will have the ability to manage a project and other staff and volunteers. You will be expected to work irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) and deliver face to face mentoring as well as project management.

Mentors x 2

Part Time (13 hours each)

Salary:   £8 per hour

You will be experienced in a variety of mentor methods and situations, particularly working with children and young people with complex issues. You will be expected to work irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) and work with us to drive forward our ambitious vison of youth work.
